Monash University rescued Afghan academics and conversation on Dystonia Awareness Month


This week on The Advocate Podcast, we invited Professor Jacqui True, Director of Monash University’s Centre for Gender, Peace and Security, to share with us details on how Monash University helped eleven young Afghan academics escape the Taliban.

Secondly we are in conversation with Denise Duclos, vice president of Dystonia Network Australia. Dystonia is a neurological movement disorder that makes it difficult for people to control their muscles. Denise will tell us about Dystonia Awareness Month.
