A future without violence and $200,000 grants for rural mental health and wellbeing initiatives

This week on the Advocate Podcast, we heard from Roxan Fabiano, executive officer at HerSpace, a not for profit offering wellbeing and mental health recovery services to women survivors (16yrs and over) of exploitation in Australia, in a discussion on what society could do to create a violence-free future.

Foundation for Rural Regional Renewal (FRRR) is a not-for-profit organisation connecting common purposes and funding from government, business and philanthropy with the genuine local needs of rural people and places. FRRR’s program coordinator Jeanice Henderson talks with us about the recent distribution of $200,000 grants dedicated to rural mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
